First Trip to the Beach!

This weekend we went on our first Family "Mini-Vacation"... We went to Corpus Christi for Papa's birthday... Happy Birthday Papa!!!

Our vacation was way overdue (but you don't want to travel to Corpus during the summer... it's just too hot) and I handled the 6 1/2 hour car trip each way REALLY well. I don't want to see my car seat for a few days, but other than that I did great.

There will be lots more pictures to share from the weekend, but this first set is from my first trip to the beach.

Little Gym & Mac & Cheese...

Today I went to the Little Gym in Keller for my second Bugs class. My friend Addison, who I met last week, was there and I was pretty excited to see her...

Before Addison got there I was captivated by the ballet class going on... I can't wait to take ballet!


The other day mom was eating fried mac and cheese (bad mommy!) and I wanted the mac & cheese inside... mom has offered me M&C before, but I've never been interested... until the other day... mom decided to make some tonight to see if I still liked it... I DEFINITELY DID!!!!!!

Hoodies & Puppies...

Mommy got me dressed this morning for Little Gym class (which got canceled so we get to go tomorrow)... we decided I would sport my puppy t-shirt that she got me for $1.99 at Gymboree last year... pretty cute for $2 huh?


Here's my new puppy bow... I have a lot of new puppy stuff from the Lots of Dots line of Gymboree for fall.


Guess what I did when mommy wasn't looking? I cut my 5th tooth! It's already through the skin and everything! Mom is SO impressed with how much easier this one was... it's there to the left of my two bottom teeth.

This morning it was actually a little chilly outside... so mommy put me in a hoodie...

It took me a couple of minutes to warm up to it...

My weekend with Hurricane Ike Evacuees...

Saturday morning we all went to the mall before the storm hit... Nana and Grandad wanted to buy me some Gymboree clothes... YAY Gymboree!



After my nap, Grandad showed me the toy he bought me. It's a Laugh & Learn Puppy... SO much fun!


Maggie was a little jealous... she thought she was my only puppy...


I'm SO proud of myself when I stand!



One thing I love about Maggie is that she lets me just pull her hair without nipping at me or anything...



I got dressed up for our dinner at Abuelos...

This morning I helped mommy with the laundry...

Fisher Price toys are 30% off right now at ToysRUs (good time to go Christmas shopping) and mommy and daddy bought me a new toy... it's a grocery cart that I can push! I'm not pushing it quite yet... but I did a great job of balancing on it...


It's got all kinds of fun groceries in it!


My favorite are the eggs! They have little faces!

Tonight was spaghetti night... every spaghetti night I enjoy it a little more... it was even better because Nana and Grandad were there to enjoy spaghetti night with me!
