Candid Camera

Mom says we've been too busy with party preparations to blog much, but she wanted to share some pictures from the last two days...

Here I am with my friends at Little Gym... just call us the "Bow Bandits"...

This is my new cat from Old Navy... she was 1/2 off so mommy said I could have her as a car buddy... she's nice and warm and made out of fleece...

Yesterday it got up to 68 so mom took me to the park...

Wee... look mom no hands!

I like to go HIGH now and I like mom to sit below the swing so I go over her head...

It's so nice to live somewhere that you can go to the park in December!

A profile shot...

Have I grown up much from this summer? (8/25)

Mom's favorite part of my car seat turning around... getting to see my big smiles at every stop light... she says it makes the holiday traffic MUCH better!

"Hey mom... keep your eyes on the road..."

1st Visit to Santa...

Mom promises we'll go back and see Santa when I'm in more festive attire... but I was in a good mood and didn't seem too scared of him the other day, so she decided we would give it a try... Kind of a funny smile, but at least I'm not screaming!

Birthday & Christmas Portraits - 4th Post today...

Mom took me to Sears today to get my 1 year pictures made and my Christmas pictures done as well.

Sears has a great prop for me to pose with, it's a big 1!

Mom really likes simple backgrounds...

Nana and Grandad bought me this beautiful Christmas dress and these super cute black patton shoes for Christmas...

I'm in love with this gold christmas ball...

Look at me... I'm standing!

"Whoa where did Santa come from?"

"Santa won't mind if I eat just one cookie, will he?"

Standing next to some presents...

Covered in garland...

Mom's favorite...

During the photo session I stood on my own for a long period of time and walked around the set... I definitely have this walking thing figured out!

I was so well behaved at the photo session that mom is starting to think about calling the casting agent again, she was hesitant when I was a teething monster... I guess we'll see how into it I am in January...

1st Haircut & Ball Pit - 3rd post today

Mom decided that it was time for a haircut... mainly my bangs and my little rat tail that was hanging on my neck. The girls at Sweet and Sassy promised that with a haircut it'll start growing in thicker and faster (I hope so!)...

The sucker was definitely the best part...

This is Jysina... she did a great job, as long as mom kept me still...

Here's the final do... what do you think???

One of my birthday presents is a huge ball pit... I got to open it early because mom wants to have it set up for my birthday party... too bad Callie already put a hole in it... hopefully daddy can find the hole and patch it (in the meantime, mommy clipped Callie's nails)...

Not Me Monday... The Holiday Edition...

POST 2 Today:
(From mom)

As always... McMama's are always better!

This past week I certainly did not...

Breathe a sigh of relief when they came to get me out of my Pilates class because Milla was crying in the daycare. I did not also realize how out of shape I am even though I've been loosing weight lately...

I also most certainly did not decide that the next trip to the gym will be a cycle class because I usually last about 20 minutes in those before I want to die and that's how long Milla lasted in the daycare.

I was not super surprised when Milla started drinking my Smoothie King smoothie... I definitely wasn't surprised when she drank about half of it...

This past week I did not turn my daughter's carseat around a week before her birthday (I'm so not a rule breaker)...

I also did not take her out of her carseat for about 5 minutes during our road trip to Houston because she wouldn't stop crying...

While in Houston I did not take advantage of having extra people helping out with Milla and take a good nap on Friday... I also did not go to sleep at 9pm on Thursday night.

Milla has definitely NOT started having HUGE hissy fits that are ridiculous... I have also not chosen to completely ignore them hoping that they will go away (please God!)

I am definitely not completely over my head with Milla's birthday party this weekend...

Tonight I definitely did not stand in the kitchen looking as though I was cooking dinner when I was actually reading all of my friends blogs.

I definitely do not read 40 blogs!!! Nope, not me... I do not have 40 blogs bookmarked in a folder and I certainly do not launch these blogs several times throughout the day.

Family Birthday Party...

While we were in Houston we decided to have a family birthday party for me... did you know my birthday is this week?

Well since my grandparents won't be able to make it to my birthday party this weekend, we decided to celebrate while we were there.

A family picture before the fun started (notice I had already swiped some icing)...

Caught in the act!

Look at my pretty cake...

Mom said it wouldn't be a party without balloons... she clipped them onto me so they would go where I went...

How cute are my overalls? They were super comfy too!

"Cheese..."

See I was even able to crawl with my balloons...

This is my new fake smile... notice my teeth don't line up...

"Can we please get on to the cake now..."

"Wait I get to eat this whole piece?"

"Alright here I go..."

"This is good cake..."

I got pretty covered in icing pretty quickly...

Looks like shaving cream doesn't it?

I think I wore more than I ate...

"Is there something on my face?"

"Yay for me! It's my birthday!"

"Finger licking good!"

Then it was time to open presents...

Mimi & Papa got me a horsey and I love him!

My legs just need to get a little longer...

I also like to walk around him and make him make noise.

"Thanks Papa..."

Nana and Grandad got me this great Little People Farm... I obviously liked the animals a lot!

Dad took this shot from inside the barn...

A couple other pictures from the weekend...

Maggie wanted to share this picture of her cuddling with Nana's dog...

Me and Maggie being held prisoner... I'll figure out how to climb over those boxes by Christmas!

Oh and here's a video of me opening a present...
