Sunday at Boomerangs...

This post could also be titled... Why our Family Will Now Be Boycotting Boomerangs...

There are a lot of jump places... they all have their pros and cons... some aren't open to the public on the weekend... some are closer to the house... some are cheaper than others... and some let parent's participate, while some don't.

The problem with Boomerangs is you never know what you are going to get. They are close to our house, the are open to the public on the weekends, they are cheap, but they can't quite decide what the rules are when it comes to parent participation.

When we arrived today they asked if mom and dad were going to jump and we decided daddy would jump with me and paid $5 extra for him...

We were SO excited to jump together!

We went down slides...

and more slides...

We jumped...

Look how high I can jump!

We ran...

Mom even went down a couple with me...

Dad created new tricks with me...

We played in the toddler area...

and I made up my own obstacle course...

We were having a pretty good time...

Until we were told that parents aren't allowed on the bounce houses on the weekend... even though we had paid and even though we had been doing it for an hour and a half at this point...

We headed over to the toddler area to wear me out a little bit more (after mom had a long talk with the manager)...

I worked on my stacking skills...

and my destruction skills...

I rode a car...

and played the drums...

It was a good time, but we won't go back (other than to use the free passes mom got)...

I was so worn out I even gave mom some snuggles (they last about 5 seconds)...

and watched The Wiggles laying down...

and acted silly...

and even took another picture without pants in silly shoes...

Mom's goal for the week is to get my new Millaism on video. Since Tuesday I have started saying "Milla's turn" whenever I want to do something and then when you let me have the toy or remote (or your shoes) I say "thank you"... it's SO sweet! If I want mommy or daddy to participate I say "Daddy's turn"... When I have my stuffed animals slide I say "Brobee's turn" or "Foofa's turn"... mom just thinks it's utterly adorable!

Family Outing to Grapevine Mills...

Mom heard about an awesome garage sale this morning so we got up early and headed out the door. After getting a little lost and traveling some country roads, I got CAR SICK! So needless to say mom left the camera in the car while we walked around the garage sales since I had a stained shirt and really smelled awful.

The crazy thing is that mom use to get car sick ALL THE TIME when she was my age, she now has new respect for her mommy and what she had to deal with all the time!

The good news is that it was just carsickness (mom thinks from looking at my fisher price catalog) and not a stomach bug, mom was VERY afraid that I'd be sick the rest of the weekend.

So after cleaning my carseat, doing a load of laundry, taking a bath and having a long nap, it was time to head out for some activity...

Mom found this shirt at the garage sale for $2. It was from the same line as my Gap jeans so she decided it was a must-have...

We headed to Grapevine Mills Mall to play with the trains and buy a few more of the Look and Find books. Nana bought me a bunny one that I L-O-V-E and mom let me pick out 2 new ones. At first I chose Mickey Mouse Clubhouse twice, but mom finally convinced me that maybe Wonder Pets would be a better 2nd one (I've just started watching them)...

I took Brobee to play with the trains...

How cute are my embroidered jeans?

Choo choos are so fun!

and I found some ponies too!

"Is this how I do it dad?"

I found a tiny pony and tried to ride him too!

Next came the carousel...

Mom went hunting and found this picture from the same week last year... wow have I grown up!

Daddy rode the carousel with me...

and then we headed to Choo Choo Fun to ride the train...

So fun!

It always cracks mom up to find pictures where I'm making the exact same facial expression as her or dad. Biting on her lips is one of mom's bad habits (along with her carmex addiction)...

More train tables!

I was even brave enough to ride the toddler choo choo!

We opted for dinner in the food court and headed home... The mall on Saturday is WAY different then going during the week, but it's a fun family activity & great people watching!

Lucky 07's visit ASI Gymnastics...

This morning I got to wear some new fall clothes...

with my new matching bow mom made...

How cute is this new line from Gymboree...

It has pockets!

Tiny little cupcake pockets...

We headed to ASI to meet up with my Lucky 07 playgroup...

I'm always excited to go to gymnastics twice in one week!

Here are Addison, Carter & Kyle...

So excited to see Addyson Wills...

Swinging on the bar...

Look at all of us! Wow what a big group! Addison, Zuzi, Jacob, Karyssa, Hudson, Kyle, Maddison, Addyson, Keira & me...

Keira and her bear...

Dancing with mine...

We did a couple of obstacle courses...

and spent a lot of time in the pit...

My friends are super brave!

My teacher helped me build a castle...

Keira's turn!

and Karyssa...

Zuzi...

Addyson...

Jacob...

I wasn't interested... but I did enjoy mom throwing me in the pit...

Addy giving me hugs...

and high fives...

We had so much fun running on the tumbling track... it was amazing that we didn't have collisions (we didn't follow my class rules of only having one kid run at a time)...

Tonight after dinner we headed to Walmart to wear me out...

Daddy and I checked out the pickles...

and I ran through the aisles... SO fast!
