Madeline's Birthday Party...

One of my favorite days of the year is my buddy Madeline's birthday party...

She moved to Aledo this year, so we don't see each other as often, but I still talk about her and her imaginary friend is named "Milla"... so I guess she still thinks about me too!

The birthday girl!  Madeline is 5 and starting kindergarten in the fall (and getting a new baby brother or sister in December... yay Rudd family!)...

First stop was nail painting by her older sister...

Bella Grace was there too...

next we painted fairy houses...

and then we headed outside for games...

Here we are at Madeline's 2nd birthday... Bella and I were 18 months old...

Now we play big girl games!

Like Duck, Duck, Goose...

and have pinatas...

amazingly I was the one who busted the pinata (and it totally freaked me out)... everyone started running towards me and I ran to mom...

This is Madeline's little sister Caroline who is almost 2...

I can't believe she's going to be a big sister!

It was a super fun birthday party and I realized how much I miss my Madeline... mom promises playdates soon!
