Leopard Hearts...

I got to wear my new leopard skirt to school today...


I call leopard clothes "doggie" print... which cracks mom up.


Can you tell which molar is starting to bother me?


It was bright on the way to school... which I call "sun hurting" and ask for my sunglasses...


I had a great day at school... I got to make a shaker in music and learned that red and white make pink...


I still like to crawl like a dog to nap time... HA!

Madeline at ASI...

First a video from Friday night. We went to Barnes and Noble to play trains after dinner and I had SO much fun jumping off of the stage...


Ok back to today...

Every once in a while mom asks me to recommend products for other toddlers. This is one of my favorites. Look and Find books... I have Disney Princesses, Mickey Mouse, Bambi, and Wonderpets and they keep me thoroughly entertained... Mom can ask me to find objects or I can look for the ones they point out.


A frugal find: you can usually find them on sale at Kohls...


This morning I had a special treat when I got to ASI... Madeline was there!


She's going to be joining my class!


We got to jump right next to each other on the trampoline...


So fun!






Then I took her over and showed her the pit!




Look how brave I am jumping into the pit now!


Madeline was WAY braver than me and decided to swing on the rope...


We got to jump down the tumbling track...


and then Coach Lindy asked me to show her how to do all of the gymnastics rotations...


My arabesque...


Which I actually call an "arabesque" when I do it at home...


I got to ring the bell for hopping across the beam...


and so did Madeline...


It was so fun to have her in class today!


We took a quick drive by of the house (it was raining) but we got to see that some of the brick got put up! YAY!


I've been watching Yo Gabba Gabba lately in the car and when they were making funny faces this afternoon... I made mine too!

Super Bowl Sunday Fun...

We had a relaxing Sunday as usual...

I told daddy I wanted to learn how to jump rope so he cut me one from a rope he had...


I think I'll have this figured out in a couple of months...


Remember this dress from October? Well it doesn't fit anymore...


So mom turned it into a skirt!


I LOVE IT! Now that mom knows how to sew an elastic casing, she's on a roll!

Catch Up & Fort Worth Stockshow...

A couple of pictures from yesterday...

We had our monthly Mom's League meeting...


I helped mommy set up and had some breakfast...


and then I agreed to go to the daycare... where I sobbed for 30 minutes until mommy came and got me. It's crazy to mom that I love school so much but hate daycare...

Mom got a few additional pictures of me in my cupcake dress that she made when we got home...


She's getting pretty good huh?


This morning we did some painting & went to see the house. It has DRYWALL! It looks awesome...


After nap time we headed to the Fort Worth Stockshow...


Yep, mom made this dress too...


It has cowgirls all over it and a bandana trim, my bows are bandana as well...


Amazingly there weren't many animals at the stockshow today... I guess it was because this is the last weekend. BUT the children's area was still awesome...

My favorite part of the day was the Quarter Horse auction... complete with a real auctioneer!


We got to go in the arena next to it and watch them warm up...

Eventually we headed to the midway for corn dogs...


and found the cows...


How cute are the calves?


I even petted a few...




We stopped for tornado taters...


and headed back to the quarter horses and with each horse I would touch daddy's arm and give him my big puppy dog eyes like I expected him to bid on one. Some of them went for as low as $350! Daddy is in trouble when I get older and want a car!


I thought maybe sitting in his lap would butter him up...


We headed back to the car exhausted, but we had a blast! Definitely one of our favorite family experiences ever...

Another Valentine Outfit for School...

Mom is really enjoying putting together these Valentine outfits....

And I'm enjoying them too...

Let's go to school! I actually galloped in to class today... I love school!


After naptime I asked to play animals again...


and discovered my old puppy and the fun songs he sings...


Including "Itsy Bitsy Spider"...


When daddy got home from work he threw Maggie in bed with me...


I really like pretending to be a puppy these days...


and I always love to be tossed around by daddy!


We tossed my Gabba characters around too...

Children's Museum with friends...

This morning, Addie, Austin, Bubba, Madeline and I headed to the new Fort Worth Children's Museum. We are SO glad to have it reopened...


There are lots of fun things to do...

Then I took her on an ambulance ride... something must have happened at the house...

I filled my cart up with chicken, bananas, and bread...


I found some lights to dance on too. Unfortunately, our visit was cut short because mommy wasn't feeling well. The good news is we got a membership and plan to return really soon!


I requested a bath picture tonight, whoever suggested combing out my tangles while conditioner was still in my hair is a genius! It works great...

Valentine Dress for School...

Mom loves all things bohemian or hippie... so when she saw this fabric she had to snatch it up...

I was so excited to see my new dress and when I put it on I said "Milla pretty"...


Cute huh?


She handstitched the two hearts on the shirt...


I had a great day at school and it actually warmed up enough to play outside before naptime...


I really can't wait until we move and there is a park across the street from my house (hopefully they'll start building it soon!)...


I even got to swing!


After naptime mom decided I needed a fieldtrip... she offered up Target and Walmart (to which I said no) and then I offered up "toy store" (to which she said no) so we settled on choo-choo trains at Barnes and Noble...


I kept picking up books saying "Milla read it" and then I would say "Once Upon a Time"... mommy has NO idea where I picked this up!!
