Grant Michael Nored

Here is my new cousin... Grant Michael Nored.

He was born this evening around 9:30 pm and weighs 7 pounds, 3 oz. His hair is amazing! I can't wait to meet him this weekend!

We love you Grant, Rinny & Michael!

A Beautiful Day with Bubba!

This morning we went to Keller Point park to play with Bubba...

I'm always SO excited to explore a new park...

Look how awesome this climbing wall is! There are actually 4 different climbing walls...

Here's my Bubba! I adore him so much!

It was a beautiful fall day... 74 degrees with a little wind... perfect!

Climbing the big slide...

Whee!

I had no slide fear today (not sure what that was about the other day)...

We took a little nature walk and found cat sculptures...

"Let's ride em Bubba"...

Giddy up!

Come on!

Yay!

2nd round at the park... I climbed a MUCH bigger climbing wall...

and then we headed back to the cats...

Giving Miss Carrie a silly smile...

This was the moment mom thought she was going to have a heart attack...

We found a pack of bears too...

Can you tell how much fun we had!

In other news of the day: Baby Grant (my cousin) is almost here! Mommy's sister is working hard to deliver him this evening and we can't WAIT to meet him!

Oh and our other news of the day... we are building a HOUSE! I actually had the honor of putting the "sold" sign on the map in the office. We should be all moved in to our new house sometime next spring. We'll keep you updated as we go!

Another School Day...

Mom's not working quite as hard to get those perfect before school pictures...

They might not be perfect... but they sure are cute...

I even had matching jeans and my cute sparkly shoes!

"Ok I'm ready to go!"

Oh what a difference a week makes! I was still a little hesitant when I first walked into school, but I barely cried. Mom is now standing in the kitchen after she drops me off so she can peak in on me to make sure I've calmed down... it now takes less than 60 seconds! YAY!

Miss April has figured out that mommy is always the first to arrive, so now I'm always first in line...

We went to visit the nice little pond by school...

A few other shots of the day... This is my new tunnel (another garage sale find - $2)...

We hooked it up to my kangaroo climber so it's a little obstacle course...

So fun!

I came up with a new Bubba style slide... backwards!

I've pretty much mastered the forward roll on my own now...

and when I land mom tortures me with tickles...

Look how lovely my teeth are! Mom hopes my adult teeth are this pretty...

I definitely don't mind the tickles!

Mom moved some stuff around on the fridge so I could have an art corner. Here is the rainbow I painted today.

ASI & Pumpkins...

Silly mommy... every morning she slaves over my hair getting all the tangles out and she was so amazed this morning when I woke up with nice and neat hair that she took a picture of it...

There must not be any humidity today... she didn't even have to use detangler...

We headed off to ASI for gymnastics...

I spent a few minutes watching the class before me...

Thanks for my cute poodle shirt Nana... I kept pointing to them throughout the day and saying "big puppies"...

Time for some trampoline fun...

Kaboom!

It really is fun to have your own trampoline...

Mom even brought the video camera today...

After the trampoline we get in a circle and dance... today we did 5 Little Monkeys...

Then it was pit time!

I still am uneasy about the rope swing, but mom asks me to try each time...

Walking the balance beam...

and running down the tumbling track...

Donkey kick time...

Oh how I love Aldators! I really need my own, but mom is having a hard time finding one for me...

Practicing jumping with my feet together and apart...

Doing my forward roll (I'm finally doing them on my own)...

Swinging on the bar...

After class we stopped at Central Market... mom remembered taking a picture of me in front of the pumpkins last year and decided we needed to recreate it...

I was just happy to be outside!

Here I am last week during the first week of October...

After dropping our groceries off at home mom decided we should burn a little more toddler energy at the park... it was still only 75 degrees (which is perfect park weather to mom)...

I really enjoyed the playground at Boys Ranch today (except when I got tired I started falling on the steps)...

I wasn't brave enough to go down this slide alone... Mom went down a few times with me and I kept walking up to it like I was going to go and then I would chicken out...
