Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt

Can you believe this is our 4th neighborhood Easter Egg hunt?  Amazing right?

I was excited to go (even though the night before the weather had been awful and the field was muddy)...

Mom made me hurry up and do the slide before it got too muddy...

and then it was all about puddle stomping!

We found my neighbor Ava... I'm super excited to go to school with her next year!

More stomping!

Katherine and Jackson from school came too (they go to the church that sponsored the hunt)...

"Let's get some eggs"...

We were ready!

I did great!  Never looked back for mom and dad and got plenty of loot...

Good Friday...

Good Friday started off to an awesome start when we got "egged".  We actually started this a few days earlier by "egging" a few other houses on our street.  Pretty much you hide 12 eggs with candy or prizes inside and then leave a note telling them to "egg" 3 other houses.  I was super excited that we were one of those houses!

My eggs had GOBS of candy in them!

Then it was time to make Resurrection Rolls.  Here are the directions in case you haven't heard of them... http://www.dltk-kids.com/recipes/resurrection_rolls.htm

Then it was time to head to Dr. Martin's Egg Hunt...

I was SUPER excited!

and finally got to see a cute Easter Bunny!

My friend Taylor was there too...

Me and mom...

Dr. Martin's practice has grown and there were TONS of kids there...

But I held my own!

Preschool Easter Party

Preschool Easter Party time!  Mom was really sad to realize there are no Easter parties at public school.  I guess we will just have to always have one at our house with my friends because they are way too fun!

I picked the fabric for my Easter dress this year and I was very proud!

Mom was a party mom for this party too (your not surprised are you)?

Here I am last year...

I've definitely grown up a little bit!

Mathias, Jackson, Wyatt, Trent & me (no idea how I ended up at the boy table)...

Mason, Katherine, Summer, Piper, Maribelle & Parker...

Piper's mom made the cutest sugar cookie baskets...

and then it was time to get ready for our egg hunt!

We all had to describe how we decorated our egg crates...

Ready!

Set...

Go!

It was awesome!

Class picture time!

and one last game of pin the egg on the Easter Bunny...

What a great day!
