2nd Post: Back to School

I was so excited to go back to school!  A couple of those last days at home I would just say "I just like school, I don't like it here"... I am not a homebody and I like to be with my friends as much as possible.  Looking at these pictures mom swears I grew up in just those two weeks I was home...

On Friday night we went to Petsmart and our favorite adoption center employee let me get a kitty out of the cage.  Her name is Mya and when I went to put her up I started crying.  I asked mom to take me back on Saturday so I could take pictures with her...

She is such a precious kitty!

The best part is that because we had her out and she was being so good, a family adopted her!

The Week after Christmas...

The week after Christmas was very low-key.

We started it out celebrating Christmas #2 with the Houston Forts out in Granbury...

The next day we took daddy (and Sully) to see Monsters Inc.

Finally after many other low-key days that weren't photographed it was time to have a playdate with my classmates...

We met at Jump for Fun and we were SO excited to all be back together! 

2 weeks is way too long!

Christmas Day 2012

When I woke up... Christmas had arrived!  And Santa did good!

running downstairs to check it out...

This was my #1 most wanted item!  A Costco Bear...

her name is Princess...

The Disney Princess Castle was very cool too!

Princess is an excellent place to lay down and watch the Disney Christmas Parade...

Mom and I played with our Furbies (Santa brought her one too)...

and I worked on rollerskating...

Back to the bear!

Finally it started to snow a little... the icky kind that stings...

But after a couple of hours it became the soft fluffy kind...

It was Mabel's first real snow!

Snow on Christmas is always a special treat!

 

These two dogs LOVE it!

Merry Christmas to everyone!  We had a great day!

Christmas Eve...

Christmas Eve finally arrived!  We find Christmas Eve day to be a VERY long day so we headed out of the house...

and went to explore Main Street in Grapevine...

It's one of our favorite spots during Christmas!

Finally it was time for our Christmas Eve traditions... Gingerbread house decorating...

One of my favorite presents was Disney headbanz... we played several rounds!  Mom is too good though, she can figure out her character in 2 questions!

We put out our reindeer food...


and finally it was time to kiss Sprinkles goodbye and get ready for bed so Santa could come...
