Saturday morning we headed to NRH20 Waterpark...
But first I had to do the sunscreen dance to get my sunscreen to dry...
"Ok I'm ready!"...
Only one picture was taken at NRH20. My favorite part, the sandy "beach" (which mom and dad could have just let me play in my sandbox at home). I was afraid of all of the slides (though later said it was my favorite part - mom made me go down 2), I was terrified of the lazy river (though now I say "I went down the river like Pocohontas and it was fun"). If nothing else it was a family adventure!
After a long nap we headed out to dinner at 5 Guys...
Have I grown up since I wore this dress last August?
Just a little bit...
Afte 5 Guys & Milwaukee Joes, we stopped at the water fountain and watched the band get ready to play...
I had a great time running off my ice cream...
I wanted live music so we headed over to Central Market to listen to their band...
I totally enjoyed the live music and since mom didn't have a video camera with her, she shot some videos with her phone...
Sunday morning I was having a good time until 1 thing didn't go my way and I never recovered the rest of the morning...
Let's just say it was a hard day, I didn't nap, we didn't leave the house at all until after 5pm and it was over 100 degrees again today...
But at least we have one documented smile...
and some funny videos of me playing with my pretend birthday cake (yes I'm still obsessed with birthdays)...
At the end of this video you will hear the word that has snuck into my vocabulary that mom and dad can't seem to make go away... it's "sucks". Mom has NO idea where I picked it up, but I seem to know how to use it in the right context, mom is trying to teach me to say "shucks" instead, but now that I've found a word that bugs mom I can't seem to let it go. Good thing I'm cute!
