A Super Fun Week of Playdates...

Mom dreaded this week all summer... the first week of not having school.  But luckily, we have been blessed with some fantastic playdates that have made the week go by super fast.  I am so lucky to have such great friends!

On Wednesday, we headed to Kade's house to swim.

Kade's doggie Kingston... he is SO cute!

Ready to swim!

Let's swim!

Kade is an excellent swimmer!

Papa Don... will this picture work for your water picture?  It's pretty cute and that water could not be more perfect!

Last week Kade's parents decided that he will be attending Liberty with his brother this fall... I will REALLY miss my Kaderade at school!

So we will have to plan lots of little playdates...

We had lunch together and played with all his boy toys...

I thought it was a little odd that there were no princess costumes or dolls, but give it a year, Kade has twin sisters who are a year old!

Watching Chase play video games.  I've NEVER played video games, but mom heard me giving him directions... it made her giggle...

When the boy toys lost my interest we played chase, which was very successful!

Telling Kingston bye...

I think Kingston needs to come for a playdate at my house!

After Kade's we went to Costco.  They current have 4 packs of puppets for $9.  I got this set of kitties and puppies.  I made mommy laugh when she came in the room and I was playing "build a bear"... I was using my white chair as their stuffer...

Mom had her first Moms' League board meeting of the year and I got to tag along...

I insisted on pictures on the stool...

after the meeting we stopped by Hobby Lobby, where I requested to look at pattern catalogs... mom decided she should start me early!

After Hobby Lobby we headed to the ENT.  We had a great appointment with Dr. Bauer.  I do not have any hearing loss at this point BUT we are going to go ahead and do ear tubes.  My surgery is set for next Friday.

Friday morning we got a special invitation from Lilly's mom to come play...

I could not possibly have been more excited!

Mom used it as a behavior bribe for the entire morning...

We had SO much fun!

Luckily, Lilly is in my class at school again this year...

I would be lost without her!

We are SUCH funny girls and we get along so well, it was an EASY playdate for the mommies...

We even got to jump on her bed!

We did makeup...

Played "Pretty Pretty Princess"...

turned the ottoman into a bounce house...

and spent 3 hours together!  A long time for a toddler play date!  I was SO sad when it was time to leave and Lilly said she was going to miss me.  We are going to try to play again next week and then we will see each other 3 times a week at school.

Now how is mom going to make next week as fun as this week????
