Ok let's see if we can catch up before the weekend is over...
Thursday I had school and we busted out another of my homemade spring dresses... mom's calling these my "play dresses"... I definitely seem the most comfortable in them...
I even requested some new ones last night... puppies, kittens and princesses...
I mean they really are cute aren't they?
It's just a t-shirt and one piece of material hemmed and ruffled... way too easy!
Thursday afternoon we did bluebonnets, which mommy posted last night...
FRIDAY
Friday was a special treat. Mommy got us tickets to go see Cinderella at Casa Manana with Mom's League. Mom told me WAY too early in the morning what we were doing and I was SUPER excited to go so we played "princess" in my playroom for a while...
I helped my Little People princesses have a tea party...
Don't you love all of my Cinderella gear?
I just love the little village of Little People houses mom made me...
I'm found playing there a lot!
Mom decided a more comfortable outfit would be good since I would have to sit still at the show...
So I had a Cinderella t-shirt (and my Cinderella baby doll)...
Ready for the show!
There is a no picture taking rule during the show, but mom snapped this one when it was over. We had a great time. We got there late (unheard of in mommy's world) and right when we rushed in they did a blackout which didn't go over well with me at all. I was crying and wanted to leave, but mom managed to convince me to watch most of the show next to a "night light" at the back of the theater so I could always see her face...
When it was over I said "I love you Cinderella" and then when we got in the lobby I begged for more princesses...
Friday night I switched outfits and we headed to dinner at Uncle Julios...
When we got home we had a little playtime outside knowing the rain was coming...
I love my fun backyard!
and of course my rollercoaster...
I even figured out that with the hill in our backyard you can ride the coaster down the hill instead of the track!
I love to move the coaster off of the track and walk the "beam"...
or run the beam...
We had a very low-key family day today. We headed to IKEA for some new house supplies and then we went to Canes chicken in Lewisville (yummy)... the entire family took a 2 hour nap toady! This evening we braved the rain and ate dinner at Kincaids... mom didn't carry her camera to any of these events!
Last night mom and dad got a new headboard... mom showed it to me and I told her it was a Stage and started singing...
