Remember my last visit to Chuck E Cheese? You know, the one where I fussed the entire time. Well mom was hoping that since I dealt well with animatronics and an arcade at Great Wolf Lodge that I would enjoy it more today... I did (eventually) but the first 30 minutes I was pretty unsure.
My first reaction... For some reason that big mouse scares me a little bit...
I asked to ride the horsey first, but once it started moving I wanted OFF!
Warming up a little bit when I went down the toddler slide...
and a little bit more when mommy let me play skeeball...
Even more when mom and I went into the big play structure...
Madison was up there having a blast!
and my smiles started to emerge...
Finally they started the music and I started dancing...
and then Miss Madeline showed up, I felt 100% more comfortable when she arrived...
Once we found the toddler version of Dance Dance Revolution... I was SET!
I think we would have spent the rest of the morning playing there...
Jacob joined us...
He encouraged me to dance with him (very sweet)...
So we danced together...
Next it was Brooklyn's turn! (I'm so excited because we found out today that we have our Meet the Teacher at the same time next week at preschool - they only do 2 kids at a time so we were hoping to be together)...
Madeline and I found some cars to race...
and headed back to skeeball...
Sweet friends!
I was introduced to Bob the Builder today (who I later identified on Sprout as "Bob Bob")...
Madeline and I rode a ride together...
and I showed my friends how to go down the slide "Bubba style" (which became a favorite of everyone)...
Madeline had to leave early, but she gave me a big hug before she left...
"Hello"...
I kind of got into the pounding of the alphabet...
and then did a few more dance moves...
Finally I discovered a new game... getting the token into the slot... I was determined to do it!
Me and Bob Bob...
Tonight after a great dinner at Five Guys and Burger, we headed over to Milwaukee Joes...
Don't I look sweet waiting for my ice cream?
It was fun to watch people walk by as I ate my ice cream...
Chocolate lipstick!
Walking with daddy...
We stopped at the courthouse to do the stairs...
and then by the pond, which I kept calling a "pool"...
Monkey!
A sweet profile picture...
We decided to go into Crazy 8 and daddy and I watched cartoons...
I got a shoulder ride back to the car...
